In addition to your resume, please include answers to the three questions below. This helps us understand your experience in building and growing real brands, not just managing existing ones.

Brand Building:
Tell us about one brand you helped grow from scratch — where the product or service was ready, but the brand had little to no presence.
What steps did you take to build awareness and generate sales?
What channels or strategies worked best?
What were the measurable results (growth, revenue, engagement, etc.)?

Social Media Campaigns & Design Skills:
Share an example of a social media campaign you led or executed — ideally one that included video or short-form content.
What was the goal, who was the target audience, and what platforms did you use?
Include links, visuals, or examples of the posts, graphics, or videos you created or directed.
If possible, show the results (engagement rate, conversions, or views) so we can understand your impact and creative style.

Quick Video Introduction:
Record a short (1–2-minute max) video of yourself and include a link in your application (Google Drive, Loom, or similar).
In the video, please tell us:
“Why do you think you’d be a great fit to build and grow CleverOrca’s brands from the ground up?”
Be yourself — no need for fancy editing or scripts. We just want to get a feel for your energy and communication style.
